Clobetasol Propionate & Salicylic Acid Ointment

Alovib-S is CLOBETASOL PROPIONATE & SALICYLIC ACID based ointment which is used for moderate to severe psoriasis of the scalp in adults. Clobetasol reduces the itching, swelling, and redness that this condition may cause. This medication is a very strong corticosteroid (super-high-power). Due to the increased risk of side effects, this medication is not recommended for use in children or those under 18 years of age. Salicylic acid is useful in removing the outer layer of the skin. As such it is used to treat psoriasis, dandruff, acne, warts, calluses, ringworm, and ichthyosis.
